Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at various levels.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation.
  • Design innovative training materials, workshops, and e-learning courses aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure learning programs remain relevant, practical, and results-driven.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and skill gaps.
  • Develop targeted strategies to address employee development opportunities.
  • Assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve learning initiatives to ensure maximum impact.
  • Manage the training calendar and ensure all sessions are well-coordinated.
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports on program outcomes.
  • Perform end-to-end implementation of all HR-championed learning initiatives in Cebu Pacific, especially the programs under our learning and development platform - Ceb U.
  • Source for training vendors and prepares related documentation requirements.
  • Design instructional materials for training designs, participant materials, and multimedia visual aids for both synchronous and asynchronous channels.
  • Set up individual development plans for assigned accounts to strengthen employees’ skills.
  • Prepare and facilitate training courses and/or other interventions for employees and other business units if needed.
  • Govern L&D platforms such as LMS and LXP and provides basic technical support to employees when necessary.
  • Process and ensure timely payment to external learning partners.
  • Manage external training availment requests and facilitates signing of training agreements.
  • Implement L&D projects for continuous improvement.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in facilitating behavioral programs is an advantage.
  • Must have 2-5 years of working experience in a Learning & Development / Talent Development / Talent Capability Development corporate practice.
  • Knowledge and prior experience in Articulate or any authoring tools for e-learning is a huge advantage.
  • Must have a background in managing Learning Management Systems and/or LXP platforms.
  • Must have experience in end-to-end L&D implementation.
  • Experience in individual development planning and corporate university governance is a huge advantage.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to deliver training programs that inspire and engage.
  • Must have the ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Must be highly organized and has keen attention to details.
